nice location hostel

1, nice kitchen 2, friendly staff 3, close to bus company

1, dirty bathroom, there is only one in the room for 8bunk, also for shower. 2, it seems not clean for the bed sheet, I found hair in my sheet, I told staff but she said she just made up bed this morning.

Quiet and relaxing stay

The place is really close to the bus station and to the center, as well as supermarkets. Really new and comfortable beds. Nice kitchen fully equipped, and nice common area. Wifi works well too. Night lamp next to the bed and a little shelf.

When I was there the place wasn't really lively, maybe due to the low season. Really quiet place, great if that what you are looking for.

Nothing.

Nothing. Definitely bad.

I cannot meet the staffs during stay. All the visitors had to long long wait to check-in/out. Even they didn't answer the phone so we can't contact them. Room, bathroom and kitchen were messy, it seems like nobody cares about it. Electric outlet was not enough so it was hard to charge my cellphone. Facilities are too old.

Heating works good, it was always warm in the room.

Heating works good, it was always warm in the room. There are lockers in the room. Staff help to call taxi or transfer to airport. Kitchen is fully equipped.

During my stay cleaning was made only 1 time in 5 days.

Very good location, helpful staff & comfortable rooms.

Unfortunately not such GOOD VIBES for their supersweet and kind dog. Seems he is caged to the yard all day and doesn’t even get out to 'have a walk' or some interaction. Made our stay a bit sad! Otherwise a nice place.

The lady receptionist is very friendly and helpful, she call for booking minibus to airport for me. Also check which restaurant is open. The bed is in good condition too.

The bathroom in the female dormitory is not in the room, actually it is in the other side of the back staircase. I need to put on my warm cloth when going to toilet. Besides, the bed sheets seemed with spots too.

Would recommmend it

Very comfortable hostel - warm and great beds with lots of communal space. Also very conveniently located near the bus and centre of town very close too.

I don’t speak much Spanish so it was hard to communicate with staff.

Fine for a one night stay

Lovely old-style building and big room with big shower room

Room needs a re-think - horrible strip lighting, flowery wallpaper needs to come down. Bathroom has a tiny shower cubicle. All needs to be modernised and updated. Price needs to come down or work needs to be done - currently very expensive for what it is.

Good location, nice and comfortable bed, nice ppl.

The toilet location is a bit weird, it's in the female dorm but it's also outside. And some Ppl passing by the room just to use the toilet....

I would probably try a different option next time.

The hostel is conveniently located near downtown in an attractive old historic building with nice architecture. The kitchen and common area are good.

There is only one bathroom with a shower for a dorm of 8 males and no other bathrooms in the entire hostel except in other rooms (i.e. not usable), which led to very long waits. The staff were friendly enough but did not have accurate information about how to get to the airport- a pretty basic question.
